Pancake Breakfast Exhibitor

Overview

Be seen and engage with the community at the World's Largest Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 8am to 11am in the middle of Main Street.  While pancakes are being served, community service organizations and businesses can interact with the more than 10,000 guests expected to attend the annual flapjack feast.

The Spirit of Springfield will provide an 8-foot table and table cover for:

• Community Service Organization - $35
• Political Campaigns - $100
• Businesses - Starting at $500

A certificate of insurance listing the Spirit of Springfield as an additional insured is required of all exhibitors, and must be submitted at the time of registration.
